About
What if the world you knew wasn’t the only world that existed?
Hartington was a champion fighter—until one punch killed a man and ended his career.
Now he’s on the run, haunted by the past and hunted by those who want revenge.
Then he meets her.
Beautiful. Mysterious. And impossibly out of place.
She leads him into a world beyond anything he has ever imagined—a world where the rules are different, danger is everywhere, and nothing is quite what it seems.
As the blood moon rises, enemies close in from both worlds. To survive, Hartington must trust the one person he barely understands.
But saving her could cost him everything.
Step beyond the unknown.

Praise for this book
This is an interesting change of direction from the author's WW11 trilogy but nonetheless an equally intriguing book. The main characters guide you through a world of twists and turns making it an easy read and difficult to put down. Need more please!
Amazing thriller where nothing is as it seems. As soon as I finished it, I read it again. It’s more than just two characters tracking down a weird serial killer, it’s a mystery within a mystery. Just who are they and why do they have a special and unusual relationship? There’s plenty of fast-paced action with at times events appearing out of kilter, other worldly, as if the ground was shifting beneath my feet. But the clues are there and it was fun discovering them. A departure from his WWII books, but I wasn’t disappointed. It’s very different and fascinating.
Five stars. This author has broken new ground with his latest book, which combines horror, crime, suspense, mystery - a spookily good read.
